West Virginia Community Development Hub

WV Community Development Hub has been pivotal in our progress. Their program Blueprint Communities kickstarted our multifaceted downtown development success. They have a wide variety of programs to help communities in any phase of development. Their community conversations educate citizens on topics from youth engagement to downtown development to policy change and so much more, and they are always expanding their offerings to meet the needs of citizens driven to make a difference. 

Tamarack Foundation for the Arts

WV Commission on the Arts

There is a wealth of support for arts organizations within the WV Commission on the Arts, from mini-grants to get you started to full-on partner support and grants for development of cultural facilities. Communities can earn a "Certified Arts Community" designation to signal their committment to the arts. Their annual "Arts in Communities" conference is great for networking and learning about all that is available for the arts in WV. Mid-Atlantic Arts Foundation (MAAF) provides grants, programs, and resources for individual artists and arts organizations in the Mid-Atlantic Region (Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Virginia, and West Virginia).
